User shell variables is an optional mechanism that allows to
customize the same action (send email, write log) for different
monitored limits. Such action may use variable like $LABEL that
is defined differently among triggers. See also 'add --master'.

The parameter is either arch limit or number, as displayed by
'list' subcommand.

Variables that may be defined for the default trigger action:
	EMAIL - comma-separated recipient addresses
	SEND_PLAINLOG - set to 1 for plain-arch-log output
	SEND_CHANGES - set to 1 for 'tla changes'-like output
SEND_PATCH - set to 1 to receive whole file diffs
	ARCHZOOM_URL - set to http://some.org/archzoom.cgi
